Agreement and Terms of Use

Please read this document before registering or using the services.

Failure to comply with the terms of the agreement or the terms of use may lead to account closure, forfeiture of funds or legal measures against you.

This document is a binding agreement between you and the online casino Vibe Casino (hereinafter referred to as the Company, managed by Everum N.V, registration number 138729, Kaya Richard J.Beaujon Z/N, Curaçao.  Everum N.V. operates under the License No. 1668/JAZ issued to Curaçao eGaming, Authorized and Regulated by the Government of Curacao.

The Company provides services through the following web sites: vibecasino.com, vibecasino.eu.

The web site operations and payment processing are carried out by Everum (CY) Limited, Georgiou 13, office 3, 4040 Germasogeia Cyprus.

The English language version of these terms and conditions is the only legal basis of the relationship between the player and Everum. In any case of discrepancy between any other language the Terms and Conditions in the English language shall prevail. In case of the Terms and Conditions are offed in different languages, all versions reflect the same principles.

1. Restrictions

By registering and accepting the terms of this agreement, you agree that you participate in the games for your own discretion and risk.

You can participate in the games, only if under the age of 18 years and it is legal, that is not contrary to the laws of the country where you are playing.

Registration and use of services of Vibe Casino is prohibited to residents of the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Hungary, Cyprus, Denmark, Italy, France, Ireland, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovak Republic, Republic of Lithuania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States.

The software, user interface, web sites graphics of the Company available to players is the intellectual property of the Company and is intended solely for personal use by a player.

2. Account

In order to participate in the games presented by Vibe Casino, you need to register. You agree to provide true and accurate information: last name, first name, date of birth, place of residence, a valid phone number, an email address. In case of change of the above data, you should notify about that immediately.

The Company has the right to refuse a player to open an account without explanation. However contractual obligations already made will be honoured.

The Company reserves the right to verify the data provided by a player in its sole discretion, including, but not limited to, request supporting documents.

One player is entitled to open one account. It is forbidden to open additional accounts to family members, or use a single IP address, computer or other device without the prior written permission of the Company.

By creating an account at Vibe Casino a player confirms that he/she is not involved in any kind of fraudulent transactions and does not use any software while playing.

The Company strictly prohibits players from selling, transferring and/or acquiring accounts to or from other players.

It is prohibited for players to transfer funds to accounts held by other players.

3. Financial transactions

By registering in Vibe Casino a player has the right to choose one of the following currency accounts: Euro (EUR), US Dollar (USD), Canadian Dollar (CAD), Russian ruble (RUB), Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH), Turkish Lira (TRY).

To play for real money you need to fund your account (make a deposit) with one of the methods presented in the Cashier menu. A player is allowed to use only his/her personally owned credit/debit card or account in a payment system.

The Сompany may set minimum and maximum amount of deposit in a single operation, the daily limit, or any other restriction on its own discretion. Limits may vary depending on the method of deposit, the level of your account, or other factors. If the limit is less than the required one the Company can increase it up to the required amount after the verification of identity or without it.

A player has the right to withdraw funds from his/her account at any time provided that he/she doesn’t have any pending bonuses or other restrictions on account. For more information on the bonus policy please refer to Part 4 of this Agreement.

Before the first withdrawal of funds a player must provide electronic copies of the following documents: proof of identity (e.g. passport or driving license), a document confirming the place of residence (e.g. utility bill or bank statement with the address) and document confirming ownership of deposit method (Credit/Debit Card copy, screenshot of Skrill/Neteller account). You can upload your documents via the My Account – Documents menu. Any withdrawals are also the subject of our AML policy.

Withdrawal is carried out by one of the methods presented in the Cashier menu, and a player can order a withdrawal to a certain payment system only if he/she used it before to make a deposit. It is forbidden to exchange funds between payment systems. The Company may offer a player a particular method of withdrawal of funds at its discretion. Withdrawals will only be remitted only to the same account from where the funds paid into the player’s account originated whenever possible.

The maximum monthly amount allowed to withdraw cannot exceed 40,000 US Dollars, Euros or equivalent in other currency. This amount is calculated as the difference between the sum of withdrawals and the sum of deposits.

The Company also set the minimum and maximum amount of withdrawal in a single operation, which may differ depending on withdrawal method, level of your account, or other factors. Details for each payment system are presented in the Cashier menu.

If the withdrawal limits set for player’s account are less than required, the Company may increase them up to the required amount at its discretion.

The Company aims to carry out withdrawal within 24 hours from your order or from the moment of account confirmation, if it has not already done before.

Players should not treat the Company as a financial institution and shall not expect interest on their deposit.

Anti-Money Laundry: The player binds himself that it is unlawful to deposit any money from ill-gotten means. The Company checks and reviews all transactions to prevent money laundering. Should the company notice any suspicion transaction, these will be reported to the relevant Authorities.

3.1 Priority withdrawals, commissions

The first withdrawal during 24 hours, can be made with priority speed: within an hour from the time of request, or from the moment of the account verification, if it was not done before. Priority withdrawal is possible if player agrees to pay a commission, which is automatically deducted during the processing of the withdrawal request.

The following commission amount is applied:

  • €2 ($2, ₽170, ₴65, C$3, ₺16) if total amount of deposits and withdrawals during last 24 hours is less than €160 ($160, ₽13000, ₴5000, C$250, ₺1200);
  • €5 ($5, ₽400, ₴160, C$7, ₺40) if total amount of deposits and withdrawals during last 24 hours is more than €160 ($160, ₽13000, ₴5000, C$250, ₺1200).

Priority withdrawal is available if wagered amount during last 24 hours is three times more than amount of deposits during same period. If monetary value of bets during last 24 hours is more than value of payouts, priority withdrawal is available based on the following criteria: (amount of deposits minus monetary value of bets plus value of payouts) x 3.

If wagered amount during last 24 hours is less than three times of total funds deposited during the same period, and for second and the following withdrawals during 24 hours commission for processing will be applied:

  • €2 ($2, ₽170, ₴65, C$3, ₺16) if total amount of deposits and withdrawals during last 24 hours is less than €160 ($160, ₽13000, ₴5000, C$250, ₺1200);
  • €5 ($5, ₽400, ₴160, C$7, ₺40) if total amount of deposits and withdrawals during last 24 hours is more than €160 ($160, ₽13000, ₴5000, C$250, ₺1200).

Wagered amount is calculated based on 100% of bets made on any slot games and 25% of bets made on any other games.

The Company reserve the right to change amount of commission for any player.

4. The bonus system

Vibe Casino gives the right to receive various bonuses.

The main types of bonuses include:

Free Tournaments – Everum casino is offering players free tournaments. No deposit or real money balance needed to participate in such promotion. At the beginning of each tournament, you will receive the starting balance in tournament currency and you need to score the highest. Players with highest score at the end of the tournaments will be awarded prizes.

Free spins: a certain number of free spins that a player can use in one or more games. Once all the free spins have been made a win amount will be credited to your real or bonus account, depending on the conditions of the offer.

Deposit Bonus: This bonus is activated once a player has made a successful deposit into his/her account. The bonus amount is a percentage of the deposit; the maximum possible bonus amount is set by the Company.

Bonus money: a certain amount of bonus money that is added to a player's account and available for play without making a deposit.

A player decides whether to use bonuses or reject them. In case of rejection you must notify the Company by means available by a given proposal.

Received bonus money can be converted into real money. To do that, a player must make bets to the amount set for each bonus. This amount is calculated by multiplying the ratio for this bonus offer by the bonus amount. For example, to convert 10 Euros bonus with a ratio of 40, a player must make bets for 400 Euros.

Immediately after a player fulfills bonus conditions, ie provides the necessary amount of bets, bonus money is credited to the player's real money account, and a bonus is considered as released. Please note that some bonuses can set the maximum amount which can be transferred to your account.

Betting on certain games can be partially counted for wagering, some games may be prohibited to use if a player has an active bonus. These conditions will be determined for each particular bonus.

The maximum bet during bonus wagering may not exceed €3 ($3, C$5, ₽250, ₴100, ₺30) even if the game allows you to make larger bets. The company has the right to cancel the bonus and any winnings in case of such violations.

Players always bet real money first and then bonus money. In the situation when single bet include a part of real money and a part of bonus money, winnings are distributed proportionally according the contribution from each source toward the bet.

If Player canceled bonus or requested withdrawal before bonus wagering requirements are met, full bonus amount and accrued winnings will be forfeited.

Bonus wagering is available for a certain amount of time, during which a player must fulfill the wagering conditions. If a player has not fulfilled wagering conditions within the allotted time, his/her bonus balance will be canceled.

The Company may refuse a player to obtain the bonus in its sole discretion.

Any behaviour meant to obtain real money by manipulating or exploiting bonus wagering system will considered as a bonus abuse. Winnings earned from such behaviour will be confiscated.

One player has the right to use a particular bonus offer only once, if conditions don’t imply multiple use. It is forbidden to receive bonuses for members of the family, or by using a single IP address, computer or other device without the prior written permission of the Company. In the case of bonus abuse the Company reserves the right to cancel the bonus itself, as well as winnings.

Company reserve the right to audit Player activity during wagering the bonus: your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns, for example: playing of equal and zero margin bets, playing on any games other than slots, using the double feature on any slots, playing bonus games / rounds after the bonus has been lost, etc.. Company reserve the right to reclaim the bonus and any winnings and close an account in such situations.

5. Responsible Gaming

By registering in Vibe Casino you must understand that participation in the games is associated with the risk of losing money. Vibe Casino is for responsible gaming and provides players the following control methods:

Player set limits

A player can manually set his/her own daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits. To do this, write to support@everumcasino.com, or go to the "Responsible Gaming" – “Deposit Limits” section on the web site of the Company. Please note that setting a lower limit will take effect immediately, while higher limits are set only after 24 hours from request, if approved by the Company.

More limits include:

  • Set a limit on the amount the player may wager within a specified period of time;
  • Set a limit on the amount of time the player may play in any one session;
  • Set a limit on the losses that may be incurred within a specified period of time

Temporary or indefinite blocking of the account

Players can block the account for a certain period of time during which they will not be able to participate in games and promotions, make deposits.

Players can choose from the following lock periods: 1 day, 3 days, a week, 1 month, 6 months, 1 year and indefinite. To temporarily lock the account visit "Responsible Gaming" – “Temporarily account lockout” section on the web site or write email to support@everumcasino.com, specifying your login and lock time.

If you have set a temporary account blocking the Company may be unable to reduce its term. If you have set indefinite account blocking, the account unlock is only possible upon written request from a player. If approved by the Company such account will be open in 7 days after receipt of the request.

If a player is willing to close their account he/she must withdraw the remaining balance, withdrawal request will be completed within 24 hours. 

6. Personal Information

Vibe Casino appreciates player’s right for confidentiality of information. The data obtained during registration and financial operations is required for the functioning of the Company, interaction with payment operators and is not intended for distribution to third parties.

Vibe Casino does not store information on players’ credit or debit cards. This information is stored by payment operator, licensed in accordance with the requirements of Visa and MasterCard.

Vibe Casino may disclose personal information only when necessary to prevent the money laundering, judicial or other proceedings.

Players are responsible for safety of the data required to access their accounts. The Company is not responsible for loss of funds due to a player’s loss of access to his/her account.

The Company may use your email address and postal address for notifications regarding your account, different promotions, bonuses. You may opt out of receiving such messages through the appropriate settings on your account or using the link in e-mails.

The Company uses the information sent by your browser (cookies) to improve the services offered. A player may refuse to use cookies by changing the relevant settings in his/her browser.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company, its employees, partners and suppliers of Vibe Casino:

• Do not guarantee that the presented games are error-free;

• Do not guarantee that the services of Vibe Casino will be available without interruption;

• Are not responsible for any loss, whether direct or indirect, caused by the use of web site and participation in games.

You understand and agree that any bets made during system malfunction or failure of the game are considered invalid. All funds and winnings received as a result of these bets should be written off.

You agree not to harm the Company, its officers, directors, partners and service providers, not to make any kind of lawsuits and claims, agree to fully compensate all costs, expenses caused by the use of the Company's web site and participation in games.

Errors: In the event that a Game is started but miscarries due to a failure including errors in the published pay tables, VIbe shall refund the amount wagered in the Game to you in an approved manner. In the event that a game is started but miscarries due to a failure deriving from your system or deriving from a network error, VIbe shall refund the amount wagered in the Game to you in an approved manner. If the Game was completed from the server system, VIbe shall treat the Game as fully completed. This includes the withdrawal of the amount wagered and granting of all winnings that were produced as Game outcome. This may also include the granting of all winnings during bonus games that may have been granted as the outcome of the aborted game.

Bet Acceptance: VIbe reserves the right to refuse or limit Bets from any player, for any reason and without prior explanation as well as the right to refuse registration on its website. In cases of apparent violation of any rule(s) by the customer or any other wrongdoing, VIbe reserves the right to close an existing account and a refund on any existing Bets will be paid.

Game Cancellation: VIbe reserves the right to cancel any of the offered games on its websites

8. Changes in the conditions of the Agreement

The Company may amend this Agreement without notice. If changes can significantly affect the previously established rights and responsibilities of a player, the Company will notify of such changes prior to their coming into force.

9. Termination of the Agreement

If you provide false information about yourself, violated the provisions of this Agreement or we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have done this, the Company has the right to suspend or close your account. In case of closure or suspension of an account The Company may confiscate any funds won by you, and use the account balance to cover potential or existing damage or loss.

The Company reserves the right to suspend your account in the event of the casino having reasonable grounds for suspecting that you have been involved in any form of collusion, syndication or fraud during your use of the Casino services, website and/or systems:

  • Collusion: The joint effort of two or more individuals to gain an unfair advantage over the software and other players via pooling of funds to achieve unnatural increase of available bankroll through multiple bonus awards (similarly to multi-accounting) to benefit / take advantage from game engine design.
  • Syndication: The Company become aware that you are a member or a part of a syndicate, club or group where players receive advantage play strategies in order to create positive expectancy scenarios through the acquisition of promotional offers.
  • Exploitation of a fault, loophole or error in our or any third party software provided for the services of this agreement.
  • The Company become aware that you have been found guilty of fraudulent or collusive behaviour at another online gaming business including charge-backs, collusion, or criminal activities.

The Company also reserve the right to withhold the whole or part of your account balance, close your account permanently, as well as recover from your account the amount of any winnings, pay-outs or bonuses which have been affected by any of the above mentioned activities.

Inactive/Dormant and Closed Accounts: If a player does not access his/her account within 12 months, the Company will deem an account as being ‘inactive’. If a player does not access his/her account and does not place a transaction within 30 months, the Company will deem the account as ‘dormant’. All funds keep in the players’ account which are deemed to be ‘dormant’ will be transferred to the players’ account if satisfactory located, otherwise these funds will be forwarded to the MGA. All players shall contact the Company on support@everumcasino.com for any difficulties and the procedure in this regard.

10. Restrictions for NetEnt games

The Company will make every effort to address emerging disputes through negotiations. In case of impossibility of such solution the dispute shall be settled in accordance with the laws and jurisdiction of the courts of Netherlands Antilles.

Complaints: If you are not satisfied with the quality of service provided by Vibe Casino, you have several ways of resolve the issue.
